Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team, covering Oxford, Berkshire, and Hampshire. As a leader, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers and leading your team to engage, enthuse, and sell. You will be accountable for the performance of approximately 20 stores, a team of up to 100 people, and a turnover of up to £10m.
Key Responsibilities

- Foster a Positive Store Environment: Create a store environment where colleagues can thrive and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Understand Customer Needs: Anticipate customer needs and ensure every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
- Drive Sales and Profitability: Create a customer-centric culture and promote the full range of our products and services.
- Develop High-Performing Teams: Develop and nurture high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and support.
- Implement Best Practices: Implement the 'Topps Way' in all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community to enhance the store's reputation and success.
- Drive Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation to stay ahead in the market.
