Primary School EYFS Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class Teacher to join our team at Aspire People, working in a schools Nursery / Reception class. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching young learners in EYFS and a solid understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to EYFS students, ensuring continuity and progression in learning.
  2. Collaborate with the EYFS teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
  3. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.
  4. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.
  5. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.
  6. Uphold the school's values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
  7. Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT).
  2. Experience teaching in Early Years.
  3. A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
  4. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  6. The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
  7. Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.
