Primary School EYFS Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class Teacher to join Aspire People and work in a Telford school's Nursery / Reception class. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching young learners and a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to EYFS students, ensuring continuity and progression in learning.
  2. Collaborate with the EYFS teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
  3. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.
  4. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.
  5. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT) and experience teaching in Early Years.
  2. A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
  3. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
