Shire Healthcare, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join their team in a specialized role. The successful candidate will work with individuals with learning disabilities and autism, providing expert care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual and group sessions, to promote mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and implement risk assessment and management strategies to ensure patient safety.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £51,500 to £65,000 FTE.
