Shire Healthcare, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join their team in a specialized role. The successful candidate will work with individuals with learning disabilities and autism, providing expert care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual and group sessions, to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement risk assessment and management strategies to ensure patient safety.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
