Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Appoint Healthcare, a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
About the Role:The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the continuous development of our Learning Disabilities and Autism services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide specialised clinical psychology input.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct individual assessments, formulation, intervention, and consultation to support clients with cognitive deficits.
- Deliver specialised psychological therapy and skills using a comprehensive range of clinical psychology theories.
- Provide direct clinical work, assessment, supervision, and training for a friendly therapeutic team.
- BPS recognised psychology degree.
- UK HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Chartered Psychologist status.
- Approved supervisor within the guidelines of BPS and relevant division.
- Experience of applying psychological knowledge to a Learning Disabilities and Autism setting.
As a Clinical Psychologist at Appoint Healthcare, you will be part of a network of therapists across our services, working together to provide high-quality care to our clients.
