About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Senior Manager to join our Resorts leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing both internal teams and external service providers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards.

The role will cover all facilities at the resort, including entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas. The overall resort spans over 300 acres, with an annual repairs and maintenance budget of c£3m.

This is a challenging role that requires coordination and control to deliver a prompt, efficient, and high-quality service. You will ensure the resort complies with all current statutory legislations and actively look to implement processes and procedures to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal teams and external service providers to deliver high-quality facilities management services
  • Coordinate and control facilities maintenance and repairs to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislations and implement processes to improve operations
  • Manage budget and drive team to deliver KPIs based on sales and costs
  • Work closely with Operational Teams to project guest demand and team requirements

About You

We are looking for an experienced Head of Facilities or Senior Facilities Manager with an excellent operational knowledge in hard facilities management across a range of specialisms. You should have a credible background in a similar M&E infrastructure environment leading large teams that can deal with the day-to-day running of a busy resort.
