Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options in Fraserburgh. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live an independent and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, community participation, personal care, and support with medication and meal preparation.
  • Deliver person-centred services, providing individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.
  • Keep and follow detailed support plans to better enable the people we support.
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to provide a high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with adults with challenging behaviour is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
  • Strong values and behaviours, including respect, honesty, responsibility, and excellence.
