About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Meallmore's Crimond House care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their wellbeing and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and Meallmore's standards and policies.
  • Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment, engaging with residents and their families to build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Requirements
  • SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (as per SSSC guidelines)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A kind and caring nature, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
