Job Title: Bingo Host

About the Role

As a Bingo Host at Mecca Bingo, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and entertaining experience for our guests. You will be the voice and soul of our venue, presenting bingo games in a professional and inclusive manner. Your role will involve managing the tempo of play, reading the room, and ensuring a memorable experience for our customers.



Key Responsibilities
  • Present bingo games in a clear and engaging manner, ensuring a stress-free experience for all guests
  • Manage events from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers
  • Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of our games and events
  • Prepare all event content, games, prizes, and equipment ahead of events
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our entertainment delivery
  • Support and develop the team to deliver exceptional events
  • Build strong relationships with the floor team and ensure excellent customer service


Requirements
  • Experience in presenting, hosting events, or performances
  • Ability to perform in front of a variety of people
  • Skilled in event planning, promotion, and execution
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and staging
