About the Role

As a Mecca Bingo Caller, you will be the voice and soul of our venue, responsible for creating a professional and enjoyable environment for our guests. You will be the one who brings the excitement and entertainment to our customers, making their experience unforgettable. Your role will be to present the bingo in a warm, clear, and engaging manner, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and included.

Key Responsibilities

• Present the bingo in an inclusive and stress-free manner for all guests
• Be responsible for all events from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
• Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of our games and events
• Prepare all event content, games, prizes, and equipment ahead of time
• Brief the venue teams on event timings and plans, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our entertainment delivery
• Support, coach, and develop the team to deliver exceptional events

Requirements

• Experience in presenting, hosting events, or performances
• Ability to perform in front of a variety of people
• Skilled in event planning, promotion, and execution
• Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and staging
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
