About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to join our team as a Bingo Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time at our venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present bingo games in a professional and inclusive manner, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and engaged.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our games and promotions, ensuring consistency across all venues.
  • Work closely with the floor team to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
