We invite applications for the role of Specialist in Pulmonary Medicine at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.

You will become part of a dedicated team comprising 6 Specialists, 1 Nurse Consultant in Respiratory Care, and 7 Nurse Specialists (covering areas such as sleep disorders, lung oncology, and non-invasive ventilation). Our department is well-equipped with a fully functional Respiratory Physiology unit and a proactive in-patient Respiratory practitioner team, all within a dynamic and rapidly advancing environment that is restructuring to facilitate focused sub-specialty work and a comprehensive 7-day respiratory service across the region.

The role encompasses responsibilities on the acute ward as well as the in-reach service. Recently, we have significantly increased our respiratory nursing staff to enhance both inpatient and outpatient services.
