About the Role:

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing property sales from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales from initial contact to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property sales, including market value, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving on-target earnings of £30-40,000 per annum.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic salary of £22-23,000 per annum, with on-target earnings of £30-40,000 per annum.
