Project Scheduler

CJC Recruit is looking for a skilled Project Scheduler with extensive experience in Electrical & Instrumentation to become a vital member of our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in orchestrating and overseeing project plans, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.

• Create and sustain comprehensive project timelines for electrical and instrumentation initiatives.
• Collaborate with project leaders, technical teams, and other key players to guarantee synchronization and compliance with project schedules.
• Apply NEC contracts to direct project operations, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and recognizing potential challenges.
• Track project advancement, pinpoint possible setbacks, and execute corrective measures.
• Generate consistent progress reports and updates for executive management and stakeholders.
• Conduct resource management and distribution to enhance project productivity.
• Work alongside procurement and logistics teams to secure timely acquisition of materials and equipment.
• Contribute to project financial planning and expenditure oversight.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Scheduler, particularly in the Electrical & Instrumentation domains.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with NEC contracts.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Outstanding organizational and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and independently manage various tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or electrical engineering are highly advantageous.
