- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and adherence to project objectives.
- Contract Management: Utilize NEC contracts to manage project activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and identifying potential risks.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management and clients, highlighting project achievements and areas for improvement.
- Resource Planning: Conduct resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, and provide input for project budgeting and cost control.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Planner, specifically within the Electrical & Instrumentation sectors.
- Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding and practical experience with NEC contracts.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple tasks.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or electrical engineering are highly desirable.
