About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Decent Packaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Utilize our CRM system to record and maintain client information and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Fluent in English.
