We seek a proactive individual with a comprehensive understanding of Azure to spearhead the operational framework for Sovereign cloud. Key responsibilities encompass designing and managing incident resolution processes, facilitating knowledge management and operational training, and championing cloud excellence alongside ongoing service enhancements.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of system and service management complexities
  • Practical experience in delivering operational support
  • Background in extensive distributed IT ecosystems
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and analyzing distributed systems
  • ITIL certification V3 or higher
  • Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle
  • PMP/Agile PM certification
  • Azure Fundamentals or equivalent Cloud Certification
  • Experience with Kusto/data visualization tools
