Customer Support Lead
**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our talented team at Corvus. As a Customer Support Lead, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to the Customer Service team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage customer accounts and process orders
* Handle complaints and provide training to junior staff
* Generate reports and maintain records
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**What You Need:**
* 3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service environment
* Experience using a Call Management System/CRM
* IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Relevant experience in a Telecommunications/Network/IT Customer Service environment (desirable)
* Experience in generating management reports (desirable)
