Key Responsibilities:


• Effectively communicate priority levels for outsourced tasks to clients on a regular basis, ensuring meticulous attention to their needs and our contractual commitments.


• Generate quotations for subcontract pricing through the sales platform. Oversee daily prioritization of client orders, providing updates and managing any escalations as necessary.


• Address daily inquiries from clients, delivering information in a clear and documented manner.


• Manage new client requests efficiently, ensuring timely processing of outsourced work by:


• Initiating the release of service orders to our suppliers for outsourced tasks.


• Collaborating with logistics to verify the progress of units through the workflow.


• Monitoring turnaround times of projects to guarantee adherence to client contractual obligations.


• As needed, handle requests to confirm the status of received or processed outsourced work.


• Update internal records for individual projects as required.


• Adhere to quality protocols to log certifications in the internal system for auditing purposes.


• Provide daily support for overall outsourced operations, fostering teamwork and prompt assistance.


• Ensure the availability of advanced technology materials, equipment, and services in line with supply chain optimization objectives.


• General procurement responsibilities may also encompass initiating and generating requisitions, purchase orders, and overall scheduling. Review supplier quotations and order confirmations to ensure timely delivery in accordance with client requirements.


• Assist any procurement outsourcing contract personnel as needed, including but not limited to, managing open order reports, supplier confirmations, on-time delivery, and expediting processes.
