We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Dahua UK & Ireland. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our high-quality video surveillance solutions to our customers in the UK and Ireland.
Main Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage our current UK account portfolio and coordinate with our HQ to deal with customer requests regarding order processing and sales activities.
- Business Development: Liaise with our Head of Sales Department to determine the range of video surveillance equipment to be introduced into the local market and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Identify channel customer needs and requirements, and analyze customers' reactions to all aspects of our product, price, post-sales service, etc.
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales figures and assist our marketing department in developing effective marketing strategies.
- Channel Development: Maintain a long-term relationship with existing channel customers and recruit additional channel partners.
- Target Setting and Achievement: Drive target setting process, strategy formulation, and action planning across programs, operations, and key support functions to achieve our partner objectives.
- Reporting and Feedback: Prepare accurate and timely reports and provide management with feedback based on requirements of our current and future products and solutions.
- Experience: Prior experience in a sales role or account manager role will be advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with distributors will be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Good customer service skills and communication skills are essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Good at handling pressures and able to learn new technologies fast.
- Personal Qualities: A positive attitude, initiative, honesty, and integrity are required.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems.
- Eligibility: Eligible to work in the UK.
- Driving License: Full clean driver's license.
