Job Title: Earthworks Supervisor

Project Scope: Long-term commitment

Employment Type: Full-time position with minimum 10-hour workdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Earthworks projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Supervise and coordinate site operations to ensure efficient use of resources and personnel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Earthworks projects with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
