Job Title: Account Sales Engineer

At Technical Concept GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and sales expertise to our customers in the industrial cutting tools industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
  4. Collaborate with our product management team to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that we remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the industrial cutting tools industry.
  2. Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  3. Excellent technical knowledge of CNC machining and programming.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
