About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Global Events Operations Coordinator at GB010 Marsh Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage online registration sites on Cvent, including invitee management, communications, registration/attendee management, hotel reservation/block management, event website maintenance, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement event mobile apps for key events.
  • Liaise with global design to create and submit design deliverables, adhering to branding guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the web design team to design and create specific event web pages.
  • Manage the Global Events calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Oversee event supply ordering, vendor management, and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with venue agencies to source suitable venues for events.
  • Assist with delegate management, on-site event support, and group travel arrangements as needed.
  • Provide timely updates and communicate project status with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline global event processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on meetings and events.
  • Previous experience using Cvent and other event technology platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to accommodate early or late events, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
