Fundraising Strategy Consultant

Clearwater People Solutions is seeking an experienced Fundraising Strategy Consultant to lead high-value consultancy projects for charity and corporate clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in shaping our fundraising advisory services and overall strategy for charity clients, contributing to broader impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic fundraising consultancy projects for charity clients, collaborating with senior advisors to drive business development across corporate, private, and public sector clients.
- Oversee and deliver high-quality client assignments, ensuring effective project management and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Support the growth and expansion of the fundraising advisory service, helping to shape business strategy and build a future pipeline of opportunities.
- Guide charity clients in major donor fundraising, individual giving, and other key areas of income generation, providing expert advice and support.
- Create compelling proposals in response to business leads, ensuring client needs are met and the value of our services is communicated effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships and securing multi-service contracts that integrate fundraising consultancy, grantmaking, and social investment.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients, identifying synergies and ensuring alignment with broader impact strategies.
- Position Clearwater People Solutions as a thought leader in the charity and fundraising sector, building recognition as a trusted partner and maximizing business opportunities.
- Expertise in charity fundraising consultancy, particularly in major donor and individual fundraising strategies.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet client expectations.
- A strategic thinker, able to contribute to the growth and direction of the advisory business and identify new opportunities.
- Strong client relationship management, with experience in expanding and retaining long-term client engagements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate fundraising strategies clearly and effectively.
