Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fundraiser to join our team. As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in helping us raise funds to support our organization's mission and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the success of our fundraising efforts.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
- Identify and cultivate potential donors and sponsors
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives
- Utilize Raiser's Edge software to manage donor information, track donations, and generate reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and communications
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, and supporters
- Monitor fundraising progress and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies

**Skills**:

- Strong market knowledge and understanding of fundraising principles
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage and inspire donors
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Proficient in public relations techniques to effectively promote fundraising initiatives
- Experience using Raiser's Edge software or similar donor management systems
- Proven track record in successful fundraising campaigns or initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,584.93-£41,169.81 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
