Job Title: Complaint Resolution Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Complaint Resolution Team Leader to join our team at Liquid Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of complaint handlers and ensuring that they meet targets and achieve compliance with our policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of complaint handlers to ensure they meet targets and achieve compliance with our policies
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on complaint handling and policies
  • Drive and motivate the team to success in achieving their goals and objectives
  • Regularly review performance and development needs with team members
  • Monitor team performance for quality and productivity
  • Escalate complaints to customers and provide guidance and support when needed
  • Hold regular learning and training sessions to ensure a high level of knowledge and development is maintained in the team
  • Provide reporting and performance information to management

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading a team
  • Demonstrable experience of complaint handling and working in a complaint environment (preferably in housing)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code
