Complaint Resolution Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Complaint Resolution Team Leader to join our team at Liquid Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of complaint handlers and ensuring that they meet targets and achieve compliance with our policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of complaint handlers to ensure they meet targets and achieve compliance with our policies
- Provide support and guidance to team members on complaint handling and policies
- Drive and motivate the team to success in achieving their goals and objectives
- Regularly review performance and development needs with team members
- Monitor team performance for quality and productivity
- Escalate complaints to customers and provide guidance and support when needed
- Hold regular learning and training sessions to ensure a high level of knowledge and development is maintained in the team
- Provide reporting and performance information to management
Requirements:
- Experience of leading a team
- Demonstrable experience of complaint handling and working in a complaint environment (preferably in housing)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code

- You will be strong at planning and organising to ensure priorities are kept and deadlines delivered
