Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Redcare 5G Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Lead Generation: Create and implement lead generation campaigns to attract new customers and drive sales growth.
  3. Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to retain and grow customer base.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Sales Director, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 1 year of experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and a proven track record of sales success.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  2. Commission Structure: Earn up to £12,000 per annum in commission, based on sales performance.
