The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Specialist to join our Growth department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing land rights and agreements for our renewable energy projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful development and operation of our wind, solar, and energy storage sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure land rights and agreements for renewable energy projects
  • Provide expert advice on land and property law
  • Build strong relationships with landowners and tenant farmers
  • Manage land assets and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project objectives
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Detailed understanding of renewable energy development
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
