Job Title: Founders Assistant

We're seeking a highly organized and flexible Founders Assistant to support our Founder, Penny, in managing her time and ensuring the smooth operation of the business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of activities, from research and diary management to systems and tech, marketing, people operations, finance, events, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Founder's diary and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct research and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Assist with marketing and communications efforts
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage events and logistics
  • Ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and flexible with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
