About the Role

Thyme is seeking a Founders Associate to work closely with the CEO and support the company's expansion. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the company's early-stage growth.

As a Founders Associate, you will collaborate with the founders on strategic initiatives, assist with daily operations, and drive key projects forward. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic start-up environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Represent the CEO in sales calls and collaborate with the Growth & Marketing team to expand the customer base.
  • Assist the accountancy team with tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll.
  • Document and outline processes with the accounting team to help the Software Engineering team develop automation solutions.
What We're Looking for in You
  • A strong academic background, particularly in STEM or Business fields.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • No prior work experience is required, but internships or current involvement in a related field would be a plus.
  • A sense of adventure and a desire to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work without Visa sponsorship.
