Transforming Farming with Regeno

We're on a mission to revolutionize the farming landscape by promoting Regenerative Farming practices. Our innovative approach rewards farmers with more money, more quickly, by offering tailored insights and financial products that accelerate their ability to care for the planet. With our tool, farmers can easily identify optimal grant options, apply for those grants, and understand their management and compliance needs, allowing them to focus on farming.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Sven, the founder and CEO, to build a mission-driven venture from the ground up. With a diverse skill set and a passion for technology and entrepreneurship, you'll champion Regeno's mission and values, making a direct impact in bringing a world-class product to farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Farmer Engagement:
    • Develop a human-centric approach to building technology, balancing farmer needs with business goals and agricultural regulations.
    • Support farmers in navigating the platform and achieving financial support.
  • Product Development:
    • Contribute to the end-to-end build process, designing, launching, and bringing new features to market on our no/low code product.
    • Drive product experiments, gather feedback, and implement changes to enhance the product.
    • Stay informed on the agtech and agricultural compliance landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Pilot Support:
    • Assist in identifying, onboarding, and adapting the product for new and existing pilots.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a startup environment or scrappy side projects.
  • Effective time management and lean methodologies to drive progress with confidence.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats across design, technology, product, and growth.
  • Clear communication of ideas, progress, and feedback to the team, with continuous iteration on solutions.
  • Ideal: Experience with Webflow, Memberstack, Glide, or similar tools.
