We are seeking a talented Trainee Manager to join our dynamic team at Hastings Hotels. As a Trainee Manager, you will embark on a two-year development programme that combines hands-on experience with on-the-job training and development in functional areas across our hotels.

Our programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a management role. You will work closely with our experienced team members, receive regular feedback and coaching, and have access to a bespoke development plan tailored to your career goals.

As a Trainee Manager, you can expect to work 35 hours per week, including weekends, and enjoy a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including free staff meals, employee discounts, and opportunities for career progression and development.
