Store Management Trainee

**About the Role**
Deichmann is seeking a talented and ambitious retail professional to join our team as a Trainee Store Manager. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Trainee Store Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service. You will also lead by example in promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Leading by example in promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products.
- Resourcing and drafting rotas, working within budget.
- Stock management.
- Analysing and interpreting sales performance data and reports.
- Making recommendations for ways to improve sales performance.
- Ensuring all company standards are implemented and maintained.
- Supporting the delivery of KPIs.
- Assisting in recruitment and training of the team.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working within a fast-paced retail setting, at a supervisory level or above. You will also need to be able to problem-solve, have the ability to plan and coordinate resources, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
