**Entry Level Management Trainee**

As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will be involved in learning the various aspects of management, gaining hands-on experience from working directly with the customers to developing your leadership skills and learning the day to day running of our promotional sales campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Belfast City Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Assist in leading and motivating team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Project Management**: Support the planning and execution of our sales campaigns and projects. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze team performance and provide feedback and training to improve efficiency and productivity. Implement strategies to enhance team performance.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. You will also provide hands on assistance with customer support and sales, particularly when training newer members of the team.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative duties to support the management team.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your management skills and knowledge.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective operations. Share insights and ideas to improve overall performance.
- Be creative, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Have a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of management.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be adaptable and able to work in various environments.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, preferred but not essential
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous leadership or management experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different environments.
