PCI Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid)

Locke & McCloud are seeking an experienced PCI Analyst to join their client's Data Governance & Information Security team. As a key member of the PCI team, you will be responsible for managing PCI compliance and assessments across various brands, channels, and technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including technical, operational, internal, and external parties.
  • Review and gather documentation to demonstrate adherence to PCI DSS standards.
  • Present evidence and collaborate with Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs) to ensure compliance.
  • Support the maintenance of the PCI DSS asset inventory, compliance tracking, and assessment schedules.
  • Contribute to compliance performance indicators and assist in internal and external reporting efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver updates to the PCI Steering Group and other governance bodies.
  • Manage workload effectively with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
  • Travel between locations to engage with stakeholders and conduct compliance evaluations.
  • Provide regular, clear, and timely status updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring SMEs and internal and external parties are engaged and informed.
  • Strong relationships and influencing skills.
  • A passion for Information Security with attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of PCI DSS, with experience in retail settings.
  • Knowledge of key approaches for safeguarding cardholder data.
  • Awareness of fundamental InfoSec controls in a business context.
  • Project management methods and planning strategies.
  • Ability to think systematically and logically, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications such as PCIP, ISA, CompTIA Sec+, or CISSP are a plus.
