About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PCI Compliance Specialist to join our client's Data Governance & Information Security team. As a key member of the PCI team, you will be responsible for managing PCI compliance and assessments across various brands, channels, and technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with various stakeholders, including technical, operational, internal, and external parties.
  • Documentation Review: Gather and review documentation to demonstrate adherence to PCI DSS standards.
  • Compliance Reporting: Confidently present evidence and collaborate with Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Asset Inventory Management: Support the maintenance of the PCI DSS asset inventory, compliance tracking, and assessment schedules.
  • Compliance Performance Indicators: Help maintain compliance performance indicators and contribute to both internal and external reporting efforts.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Assist in preparing and delivering updates to the PCI Steering Group and other governance bodies.
  • Workload Management: Manage your workload effectively with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Travel and Stakeholder Engagement: Be willing to travel between locations to engage with stakeholders and conduct compliance evaluations.
  • Status Updates: Provide management with regular, clear, and timely status updates.
Requirements
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent skills in stakeholder management, ensuring SMEs and both internal and external parties are engaged and regularly informed.
  • Relationship Building: Expertise in building relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Information Security Knowledge: A strong passion for Information Security with a keen attention to detail.
  • PCI DSS Experience: In-depth understanding of PCI DSS, with specific experience in retail settings.
  • Cardholder Data Safeguarding: Key approaches for safeguarding cardholder data.
  • InfoSec Controls: Awareness of fundamental InfoSec controls in a business context.
  • Project Management: Knowledge of project management methods and planning strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to think systematically and logically, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as PCIP, ISA, CompTIA Sec+, or CISSP are a plus, but not required.
