About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Holiday Club Manager at Stratford Park Leisure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing our Fun Week programme, ensuring a high-quality experience for children aged 5-12.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver the programme to a high standard.
  • Liaise with parents/carers, the staffing team, and directors regularly to ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and deliver a daily programme that is challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children.
  • Create a positive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of children in our care.
  • Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard consistently, adhering to our coaching philosophy of Fun, Inclusive, and Educational.
  • Deal with any first aid or emergency situations that may arise.
  • Be approachable and liaise effectively with parents/carers.
  • Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability, being creative and passionate in your delivery.
