Synergy Plumbing Services is seeking a skilled Plumbing & Heating Lead Engineer to join our team. We are a reputable company based in the Loughborough area, known for our exceptional customer service and commitment to quality workmanship.

As a Plumbing & Heating Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our team of plumbers and heating engineers in delivering high-quality installations and repairs to both domestic and commercial clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in plumbing and heating, with a minimum of CCN1 and Level 2 Plumbing and Heating qualifications. You will also need to hold a valid driving licence and have experience with CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of plumbers and heating engineers
* Deliver high-quality installations and repairs to domestic and commercial clients
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with company policies
* Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment
* Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

**Requirements:**

* CCN1 and Level 2 Plumbing and Heating qualifications
* Valid driving licence
* Experience with CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
