We are seeking a skilled Plumbing / Heating & HVAC Operative to join our Estates and Facilities Management team at Loughborough University.
As a key member of our onsite maintenance team, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance across the campus, including Schools, student accommodation, professional services, and tenant buildings.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring asset management, health and safety, and work processes are followed to complete compliance tasks on time and to budget and expected standards.
Key Requirements:
- City and Guilds Technical Qualification or equivalent.
- Recognised indentured apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience.
- Full Driving Licence required.
- Previous experience of repair and maintenance in connection with mechanical services.
