About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Specialist to join our team at Schroders. As a Pension Specialist, you will be responsible for administering pension accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new pension accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Vet pension transfer documentation and coordinate with pension providers for seamless transfer processes.
  • Manage client contributions and facilitate direct debit collections.
  • Calculate and process pension retirement benefits, including reconciliations.
  • Administer payments of income benefits via our payroll system.
  • Handle death benefits and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Oversee service level agreements and address customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical and scheme changes in the financial services market.

Requirements
