About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Executive to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™. As a Senior PPC Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns across various platforms for both B2C and B2B accounts, ensuring they align with broader marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Optimize PPC Campaigns: Develop and execute Paid Search strategies to drive growth for well-known B2C and B2B brands.
  • Apply In-Depth Knowledge of Google Ads: Enhance performance across different campaign types, including Shopping, Search, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Utilize PPC Tools: Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign effectiveness using tools such as Google Merchant Center, Google Ads/Microsoft Ads Editor, and digital reporting software.
  • Handle Complex Accounts: Ensure precision and consistency in execution for complex and international PPC accounts.
  • Implement Performance Marketing Automation: Develop and manage performance marketing automation tools, including scripts and in-house or external software.
  • Innovate and Execute Campaigns: Test, measure, learn, and scale successful strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Agency Experience: Proven experience in a similar Paid Search role within an agency environment, managing PPC accounts for B2C and B2B accounts.
  • Google Ads Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads, with proven experience across various campaign types such as Shopping, Search, Display, and Performance Max.
  • PPC Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using PPC tools like Google Merchant Center, Google Ads/Microsoft Ads Editor, and digital reporting platforms such as Google Data Studio.
  • International Account Management: Experience managing international accounts.
  • Performance Marketing Automation: Familiarity with performance marketing automation.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all campaign-related tasks.
  • Initiative and Innovation: The ability to innovate and take initiative, with a focus on testing, learning, and scaling successful strategies.
  • Attribution and Tracking: A basic understanding of attribution and tracking, along with the ability to effectively communicate these concepts to clients.
