The University of Leeds is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of higher and degree apprenticeships. As the Higher and Degree Apprenticeships Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the university's strategy for adult learners and widening participation in higher education.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative apprenticeship programs. You will work closely with program teams, employers, and professional partners to establish best practice and high-quality apprenticeship delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of higher and degree apprenticeships
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships with employers and professional partners
- Ensure compliance with policy requirements of the Education and Skills Funding Agency and OFSTED
- Lead the development of new apprenticeship programs and initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of apprenticeship programs
