Our client, a well-established electrical compliance and testing company, is seeking a skilled Fixed Wire Electrical Tester to join their team. As a leading provider of electrical services, they pride themselves on their engineers' expertise and commitment to staying ahead of the ever-changing electrical regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fixed wire electrical circuit testing in commercial properties and some domestic settings.
- Perform PAT testing and emergency lighting tests as required.
Requirements:
- Reside in or around the Reading area in Berkshire.
- Hold a valid 18th edition certification and electrical 2391 testing certificate or equivalent.
- Having an AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 equivalent is highly beneficial.
- Pass a DBS check.
Benefits and Salary:
- £36,000 basic salary.
- Bonus scheme for additional fixed wire tests per day - +£10,000 per year OTE.
- Travel pay.
- Van, phone, fuel card, electrical testing equipment.
- Overtime weekend rota.
- 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
- Yearly KPI bonuses.
- Plenty of additional overtime if required.
