Supervisor Role at Sam's Kitchen

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Sam's Kitchen in Hammersmith. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will assist our Cafe Managers in the daily operations of the cafe.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Management role with plenty of opportunities for progression in the future. You will need to demonstrate a stable background working in a busy, high-end cafe or restaurant, with passion and enthusiasm for delivering perfect hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Cafe Managers in daily operations
  • Work alongside the Front of House team
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Manage cafe operations efficiently
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar environment
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
  • Fully flexible to work evenings, daytimes, and weekends
  • Live within 3 miles from Hammersmith area or be willing to travel
