Job Title: Construction Materials Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Materials Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for organizing and performing Factory Production Control testing associated with the production of hydraulically bound mixtures.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Routine inspections, sampling, and testing of materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
  2. Participate in research and development projects to improve production processes and materials
  3. Conduct physical material trials to evaluate the performance of different materials

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a construction materials technician, asphalt/ready mix concrete technician, or site technician
  2. Experience in granular materials sampling, particle size distribution testing, and compressive strength testing would be beneficial

Working Conditions:

Working hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings and out-of-hours working as required
