Job Title: Construction Materials Technician

Join Day Group as a Construction Materials Technician and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our hydraulically bound mixtures.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Materials Technician. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for organizing and performing Factory Production Control testing associated with the production of hydraulically bound mixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Routine inspections, sampling, and testing of materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  2. Participate in research and development projects to improve the quality and performance of our products.
  3. Conduct physical material trials to evaluate the properties of our materials.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience as a construction materials technician, asphalt/ready mix concrete technician, or site technician.
  2. Experience in granular materials sampling, particle size distribution testing, and compressive strength testing would be beneficial.
