About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our expansion by overseeing multiple high-end design and build projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple exterior design and fit-out projects concurrently.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is met with bespoke design schemes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring all projects meet our high standards.
  • Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to on all sites.
  • Contribute to our company's strategic growth and development plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally within design and build or fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of exterior design, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to sites as required.
  • A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £350 - £450 per day.
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
