The Role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, taking full ownership of client relationships, and working on projects across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop business and client relationships, and represent the company at networking events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects across various sectors
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and meetings

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on consultancy/PQS projects
  • Experience working on projects within the property/building sector
  • Experience managing projects up to £20 million
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
