About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our London team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, overseeing junior members of staff, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Lead and motivate junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in the built environment, with a strong track record of project management
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC forms of contract and other industry-standard documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Professional qualifications, such as MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB, or working towards them
