Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of excellent customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales executives to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtain valuations for part exchanges.
  • Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
  • Upskill the sales executive team by training in finance and insurance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or in a sales executive or sales controller position.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional approach with the ability to mentor others.
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance.
  • Excellent customer management skills.
